Herbert, who is also the Kadamaian PBS division head, said Anwar had not only failed to fulfill the 100 days to develop Sabah made previously, but also a 'two-faced' leader who was prepared to do anything merely to achieve his agenda to gain power.
"This is Anwar who is willing to promise anything, and now he has come to Sabah with new promises hoping that the people of Sabah would be attracted," he said in his speech at the annual meeting of the PBS division, officiated by PBS president Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan at the Dewan Gopog Taginambur, near here today.
Herbert, who is also the State Assemblyman for Kedamaian, said when the PBS president (Pairin) struggled for a bigger allocation for Sabah previously, Anwar who was then the deputy prime minister and finance minister, had described Pairin then as 'anti-Kuala Lumpur' and anti-federal government.
